We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects at our Karnal site, end to end. The ideal candidate has 10-15 years of experience in civil construction project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget and as per quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and monitor construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and vendors for smooth project execution.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and take corrective action to address delays or cost overruns.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and statutory requirements on site.
- Lead and manage the site team, including engineers, supervisors and support staff.
- Report project status, risks and key decisions to senior management on a regular basis.
- Review and approve bills,
measurements and material requirements for the project.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.); PG qualification in Construction Management is an added advantage.
- 10 - 15 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, billing and project planning tools.
- Proven track record of handling large-scale civil construction projects end to end.
- Strong leadership, decision-making and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to be based on-site at the Karnal location.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: INR 7,00,000 - 8,00,000 per annum, based on experience and skill set.
