Job Title: Project Manager – Civil & Interior Fit-Out

Location: Navi Mumbai | Projects: Pan-India
Experience: 5+ Years
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end turnkey interior fit-out and civil project execution.
- Handle project planning, scheduling, budgeting, BOQ, billing, and procurement coordination.
- Supervise site teams, subcontractors, quality, safety, and work progress.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and MEP teams.
- Ensure timely project completion and smooth handover.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in turnkey interior fit-out projects.
- Experience in corporate and commercial projects is mandatory.
- Robust knowledge of civil finishing, drawings, BOQ, and site management.
- Willingness to travel across India.
