Role Description The Project Manager role is a full-time position based in Pune City with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site presence with some work-from-home flexibility.

The Project

Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution for industrial automation and engineering projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal engineering, fabrication, and logistics teams, managing vendor and supplier activities,



and tracking project milestones to ensure on-time delivery. The role involves expediting critical components, supervising inspection activities, addressing technical and operational issues, and maintaining clear communication with customers on project progress and risks.

The Project

Manager will also contribute to continuous improvement, documentation, and adherence to safety and quality standards across all project phases.

Qualifications

- Project management skills, including Project Management, planning, scheduling, and risk management.
- Expediting-related skills, such as Expeditor responsibilities and Expediting activities for materials and components.
- Inspection and quality-focused skills, including Inspection processes and coordination with quality and engineering teams.
- Logistics Management skills covering supply chain coordination, vendor management, and delivery tracking.
- Experience managing engineering or automation projects in manufacturing, logistics, or related industries.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in hybrid settings, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial management, or a related field; professional project management certification is an advantage.
