Proficient with projectmanagement tools (MS Project, Primavera, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, or equivalent). . Strong dataanalysis capability comfortable building dashboards in PowerBI, Tableau or Excel to monitor KPI trends. . Familiarity with system integration concepts, data migration, and cutover rehearsals (e.g., DR drills, bluegreen deployments).

Specific Qualifications

Technical Skills

. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with significant project management background, preferably in the financial services / banking industry

. Strong dataanalysis capability comfortable building dashboards in PowerBI, Tableau or Excel to monitor KPI trends.

. Familiarity with system integration concepts, data migration, and cutover rehearsals (e.g., DR drills, bluegreen deployments).

. Methodical, analytical, and organized, with strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.

. Ability to smoothly collaborate with onshore stakeholders to ensure smooth onshore/offshore articulation.

Behavioral Skills

Robust influencing and stakeholdermanagement skills; ability to gain consensus across senior and functional leaders.. Excellent communication clear, concise, and tailored for both technical and nontechnical audiences..

Education Level: Bachelor's degree in Business, , Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred).
