About the Role

This position is intended for an architect ready to take on greater responsibility within the studio—supporting the translation of design intent into built work. The role involves contributing across stages of a project, from design development and detailing to coordination and site engagement.

Requirements

An architect who

- Has led teams and project delivery
- ⁠Has worked on live projects and understands the process from concept to execution **
- ⁠Has strong collaborative and coordination skills across disciplines
- ⁠Is experienced in developing & coordinating working drawings




- ⁠Has technical understanding of MEPF services and their integration with design
- ⁠Brings a solid design sensibility with a keen eye for detailing
- ⁠Maintains high standards of quality, coordination, and precision across drawings and documentation
- ⁠Takes ownership, drives projects proactively, and ensures follow-through across teams and timelines
- ⁠**⁠⁠Prior experience with BIM and interiors preferred

- Drafting - CAD /Revit/ equivalent
- ⁠3D Modelling - SketchUp
- ⁠Rendering & visualization - Enscape/ VRay/ D5
- ⁠Graphics & composition: Adobe Suite
