About the Role

Royalsis Ventures is hiring a Project Engineer directly into the Founder Office. This role bridges private real estate development with public sector infrastructure consultancy and technical advisory.

You will work directly alongside the founder managing private site execution, architectural interfaces, and public sector mandates, including Government e Marketplace (GeM) portal bidding, Detailed Project Report (DPR) formulation, and government technical consultancy.

Key Responsibilities

1. On Ground Technical Execution

- Supervise civil construction, road formation, utility networks, and boundary demarcations across active project sites in Bhopal and Raisen.
- Verify physical execution against approved structural drawings and master layouts.
- Enforce site quality standards, track daily labor turnout, and monitor equipment utilization.

2. Public Sector Projects, GeM Portal and DPR Preparation

- Prepare, review, and assemble Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), feasibility studies, and technical specifications for government infrastructure and consultancy projects.
- Track, evaluate, and manage tender submissions on the Government e Marketplace (GeM) portal and state procurement platforms.
- Calculate Bills of Quantities (BOQ), rate analysis, and project costing aligned with government schedule of rates (SOR, CPWD, or MP PWD).
- Coordinate statutory submissions, client presentations, and technical documentation for public authority review.

3. Drawing Coordination and Consultant Interface

- Review architectural, structural,



and civil drawings for constructability and identify technical errors prior to execution.
- Coordinate directly with external architectural firms, structural designers, and departmental engineers to maintain release schedules.
- Maintain the master drawing register to eliminate design bottlenecks.

4. Quantity Surveying and Bill Auditing

- Scrutinize contractor measurement books and verify actual work executed on site before approving payment certificates.
- Reconcile bulk material consumption (cement, structural steel, aggregate) to eliminate wastage.
- Audit contractor running bills strictly against contracted unit rates.

5. Project Governance and Founder Office Operations

- Assist the founder in project scheduling, cost control, and procurement strategy.
- Prepare concise milestone tracking reports and technical evaluation memos.
- Conduct preliminary site inspections and technical due diligence on prospective land parcels.

Candidate Requirements

- Education: B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Masters is a plus.
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of practical experience across site execution, quantity surveying, or infrastructure consultancy.
- Technical Competencies: Working proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel (advanced BOQ and costing models), and construction drawings. Direct exposure to DPR preparation, government schedule of rates (SOR), or GeM portal tendering is strongly preferred.
- Qualified Attributes: High personal agency, rigorous attention to documentation, and the ability to hold vendors and contractors strictly accountable.
- Logistics: Valid driving license and personal vehicle for travel across project locations in Bhopal and Raisen.
