Role Description The Project Architect will lead the architectural design and coordination of interior and turnkey projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and brand vision. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design concepts, preparing drawings and documentation, coordinating with internal design, engineering, and execution teams, and reviewing submittals for accuracy and compliance with project standards. The role involves regular on-site inspections, resolving design and construction issues, and collaborating with vendors and contractors to maintain quality and timelines.

The Project





Architect will also support project planning, monitor progress against schedules, and participate in client meetings and presentations. This is a full-time, in office role based in Nagpur.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Architecture skills, including design development, detailing, and coordination.
- Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including scheduling, resource coordination, and stakeholder communication.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows.
- Candidates should possess experience handling Submittals, including review, verification, and documentation control.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) or other sustainable design practices.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Proficiency in design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar).
- Strong understanding of interior fit-out processes, building codes, and construction standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
