Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities in our spinning mill. The candidate should ensure smooth production operations, maintain product quality, achieve production targets, and manage workers efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor daily production activities in the spinning mill.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per the schedule.
- Monitor machine operations and coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
- Maintain product quality and ensure compliance with production standards.
- Allocate duties to workers and monitor their performance.
- Prepare and maintain daily production reports.
- Monitor raw material usage, production output, and wastage.
- Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and discipline.
- Coordinate with production managers and other departments for smooth operations.




- Identify production issues and take corrective actions to improve efficiency.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of textile manufacturing and spinning mill operations.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to monitor production targets and prepare reports.
- Knowledge of machine operations, quality control, and production planning.

Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma in Textile Technology or any UG Degree.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in production supervision.
- Experience in a spinning mill will be an added advantage.
- Candidates should be responsible, disciplined, and target-oriented.
