We are looking for a responsible and organized Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities, manage workers, and ensure that production targets are achieved on time while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities and monitor workflow.
- Manage and coordinate workers on the production floor.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the given timeline.
- Maintain product quality and follow safety guidelines.
- Monitor machines, equipment, and raw material usage.
- Identify production issues and take corrective action.
- Maintain daily production reports and records.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in production or manufacturing preferred.
- Valuable communication and team management skills.
- Basic knowledge of production processes and quality control.
- Ability to manage time, solve problems, and work under pressure.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
