Role & responsibilities

- Production Planning and Scheduling: Create daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer requirements.

- Material Tracking: Coordinate with the stores and purchase teams to ensure all raw materials and components are available before production starts.

- Capacity Management: Monitor machine and labor availability to avoid bottlenecks or idle time on the factory floor.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Production, Quality, Logistics and all related internal teams to keep manufacturing running smoothly and resolve any delays.

- Data Management: Keep all data in the electronic formats and update all data in the ERP software regularly.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Production, Chemicals or a related field.

- Sound technical knowledge and skills in Microsoft Excel.

- Valuable problem-solving abilities, strong communication, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

- Familiarity with manufacturing process and inventory control.
