Hiring: Production Merchant – Delhi

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Merchant to join our team in Delhi.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the Delhi production team through regular on-ground visits to vendors and manufacturing units
- Ensure accuracy and timely updates of T&A; calendars across all running orders
- Coordinate closely with HQ teams to ensure smooth execution and timely approvals
- Highlight production risks, delays, and critical alerts proactively to relevant stakeholders
- Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks, and drive corrective actions
- Coordinate inspections, quality approvals, and shipment readiness
- Maintain production trackers and order status reports with high accuracy
- Ensure timelines, quality standards,



and commercial objectives are consistently achieved

Requirements

- 2–6 years of experience in garment/apparel merchandising or production merchandising
- Robust understanding of garment manufacturing processes and production workflows
- Excellent follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel and production tracking systems
- Ability to manage multiple styles and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience in women’s ethnic wear/apparel manufacturing will be preferred
