Hiring: Production Manager

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations at our plant. The candidate will be responsible for achieving production targets, maintaining product quality, managing resources, and ensuring smooth functioning of production equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage daily production activities to achieve targets on time.
- Ensure smooth production during peak and non-peak seasons.
- Monitor production efficiency and minimize machine breakdowns.
- Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Maintain product quality and packaging standards.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001,



and HACCP standards.
- Maintain production records, MIS reports, and operational data.
- Manage production resources to improve productivity and control costs.
