Job Overview

Asiaforms Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and responsible Production Manager to manage and supervise daily manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have solid leadership skills, production planning knowledge, and the ability to manage workers, machinery, product quality, and production targets efficiently.

Candidates with experience in paper products, printing, thermal paper rolls, sticker rolls, and paper converting industries will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities to achieve production targets.
- Manage manufacturing operations for thermal billing rolls, sticker rolls, tag rolls, printed bill forms, and other paper-based products.
- Supervise production staff, machine operators, and workers to ensure smooth workflow.
- Prepare production schedules based on customer orders and delivery deadlines.
- Monitor machine performance, production output, and downtime.
- Ensure product quality and maintain required manufacturing standards.
- Minimize raw material wastage and improve production efficiency.
- Monitor raw material availability and coordinate with the Purchase and Stores departments.
- Coordinate with Quality Control, Maintenance, and Dispatch teams.
- Ensure timely completion of production orders and on-time delivery.
- Maintain daily production reports, machine records, material consumption, and inventory details.
- Identify production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure proper maintenance of machinery and equipment.
- Maintain workplace safety, cleanliness, and production discipline.
- Train, guide, and motivate employees to improve productivity and performance.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering,



Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant experience in manufacturing or production management.
- Experience in paper products, printing, thermal paper rolls, or converting industries will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of production planning, quality control, inventory management, and machine operations.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
