Own daily, weekly and monthly production targets for a continuous hazardous-chemical plant. Drive yield, OEE and efficiency, cut production losses, ensure SOP and process-safety compliance, coordinate maintenance, and lead the shift organisation

Required Candidate profile

10-15+ yrs in chemical manufacturing, 3-5+ yrs as Production Head/Manager. Continuous/process plant, preferably hazardous chemicals. Owns yield, OEE and cost. Robust troubleshooting, shift management.
