We Are Hiring: Production Engineer

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers Can Apply)

Location: Belgaum

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of engineering drawings, machining processes, manufacturing components, and production activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Read, interpret, and understand engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Support manufacturing and production activities related to machining and component manufacturing.
- Understand machining operations, manufacturing processes, and production methods.
- Coordinate with production operators and the quality team to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
- Monitor production activities to ensure components are manufactured according to drawings and specifications.
- Assist in production planning, workflow coordination, and timely completion of jobs.




- Identify production issues and support troubleshooting to minimize delays and rework.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, workplace safety, and production procedures.
- Maintain production records and prepare basic reports as required.

Required Skills
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings.
- Basic knowledge of machining processes and manufacturing parts.
- Understanding of manufacturing methods, tools, and machine operations.
- Knowledge of basic mechanical engineering principles.
- Positive coordination, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience may apply.
- Candidates with practical knowledge of engineering drawings and machining processes will be preferred.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
