Key Responsibilities:

Note: We are looking for experienced candidates, preferably from the HVAC and sheet metal fabrication industry. Freshers are generally not preferred.

- Supervise daily production activities and manage shop-floor workers.

- Plan production schedules, allocate manpower, and ensure timely completion of orders.

- Monitor production targets, output, productivity, and machine utilization.

- Coordinate cutting, bending, punching, drilling, grinding, welding, and assembly operations.

- Oversee manufacturing of HVAC ducts, panels, frames, brackets, enclosures, and fabricated components.

- Ensure production follows engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

- Monitor raw material availability, material consumption, scrap, and wastage.

- Coordinate with maintenance, stores, quality control, and dispatch teams.

- Identify production bottlenecks, machine breakdowns, rejection, and rework issues.

- Maintain daily production reports, manpower records, and material consumption records.

- Implement 5S, workplace safety, and continuous improvement practices.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
