Role Description The Production Engineer will oversee end-to-end production activities, ensuring that robotic and embedded systems move smoothly from design into manufacturable, high-quality products. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and scheduling production runs, monitoring assembly processes, optimizing workflows, and resolving issues that affect delivery timelines or product performance. The role involves implementing quality control procedures, coordinating with design, procurement, and testing teams, and maintaining documentation for manufacturing standards and process improvements.

The Production

Engineer will also analyse production data, propose cost and efficiency improvements, and support scaling from prototypes to larger production volumes.



This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajasthan.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Production Engineering and Production Planning to manage manufacturing processes and resource allocation effectively.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret production data, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous process improvement.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Quality Control to ensure products meet technical specifications, reliability standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics or Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience in robotics, electronics manufacturing, or UAV/embedded system production environments is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with manufacturing tools, lean principles, and safety standards, along with the ability to work on-site in a energetic, fast-paced setting.
