Job Summary: Responsible for managing production, PCB assembly, testing, quality control, and timely delivery of embedded electronic products.
Key Responsibilities: Plan and monitor daily production activities. Supervise PCB assembly (SMT/THT) and product manufacturing. Ensure products meet quality and testing standards. Troubleshoot production and assembly issues. Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Stores, and QA teams. Improve productivity and reduce defects/rework. Maintain production records and reports.
