Job Overview
Everest Fab Tech is looking for a qualified and motivated Production Engineer to manage production operations, ensure quality standards, and coordinate shop-floor activities related to uPVC windows, aluminium fabrication, and glass works.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and monitor daily production activities.
- Supervise shop-floor operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain product quality and production standards.
- Coordinate with fabrication and manufacturing teams to meet deadlines.
- Monitor material usage, reduce wastage, and improve productivity.
- Ensure workplace safety and adherence to company procedures.
- Identify production issues and implement corrective measures.
Qualifications
- B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering.
- Experience in uPVC/aluminium fabrication or manufacturing production is preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and team-management skills.
- Ability to manage production schedules and solve operational problems.
