About The Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-driven Product Video & Motion Graphics Specialist who can conceptualise, create, and edit engaging video content that aligns with our brand voice. The ideal candidate will combine strong video production and motion graphics skills with the ability to understand technology products and business services, translating complex ideas into clear, compelling visual stories across multiple formats.

What You’ll Be Doing?

- End-to-End Video Production: Own the complete video lifecycle—from concept, scripting, and

storyboarding to shooting, editing, and final delivery.
- AI-Powered Video Workflows: Leverage AI tools for video authoring, editing, captioning,

upscaling, background cleanup, and workflow optimization.
- Digital Video Content: Create high-impact videos for marketing campaigns, social media,

websites, employer branding, and internal communications.
- Pre-Production Planning: Develop scripts, shot lists, storyboards, and production plans aligned

with business and campaign goals.
- Shooting & Direction:



Handle camera operation, lighting, framing, and audio recording for

studio, on-location, and hybrid shoots.
- Post-Production Editing: Edit and polish videos including cuts, color correction, sound design,

subtitles, and final mastering.
- Motion Graphics, Typography & Effects: Design or integrate motion graphics, lower-thirds,

transitions, and basic animations.
- Streaming Platforms: Upload, manage, and optimize video content on YouTube and Vimeo,

including thumbnails, metadata, and playback settings
- Webcasting & Webinars: Plan and produce live and recorded webinars, virtual events, and webcasts, ensuring smooth audio-visual delivery.
- Studio Production: Manage in-house studio shoots, including lighting setups, green screens, and

controlled environments.
- Podcast Production: Record, edit, and package audio and video podcasts, including multi-

camera setups and post-production.
- Product & Service Storytelling: Conceptualize and produce technology product demos, UI

walkthroughs, feature videos, service explainers, solution stories, and launch videos. Work with product, technology, and marketing teams to translate complex concepts into simple, compelling visual narratives using screen recordings, motion graphics, animation, voice-over,

and visual callouts.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 3–5 years of proven experience as a Video Production Specialist / Digital Video Producer, with hands-on expertise in video production, product video, motion graphics, or digital video content
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and Final Cut Pro, with strong motion graphics and animation capabilities.
- Strong hands-on experience with AI-assisted video creation and editing tools
- Experience with studio-based shoots, podcasts and multi-camera setups, and webcasting,

webinars, or live/recorded virtual events, including managing content on YouTube and Vimeo

(uploads and optimization)

- Ability to understand complex technology and business concepts and translate them into scripts,

storyboards, and compelling visual narratives optimized for digital and social platforms
- Demonstrated experience creating SaaS/technology product demos, UI walkthroughs, feature videos, explainer videos, or B2B service videos
- A strong storytelling mindset with attention to detail and quality, ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and a showreel/portfolio demonstrating relevant product,

explainer, UI walkthrough, studio, webinar, or technology storytelling work.
