Product Marketing Specialist – Aptean The Product Marketing Specialist role at Aptean is a B2B marketing position focused on promoting software products, supporting product launches, creating marketing and sales content, and helping drive customer adoption.

The person will work closely with Product Management, Sales, Demand Generation, Customer Success, and the Product Marketing Manager to communicate product value clearly and effectively to target customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Product Launches: Support go-to-market strategies for current products, features, and releases.
- Content Creation: Develop product messaging, website content, sales presentations, case studies, and marketing materials.
- Market Research: Research competitors, customer needs, market trends, and industry opportunities.
- Sales Enablement: Create sales collateral, competitive battlecards, and resources to help sales teams position products effectively.
- Customer Adoption: Support campaigns that encourage customers to use existing products and improve retention.
- Product Collaboration: Work with product teams to understand technical features, product updates, and AI capabilities, and translate them into customer-friendly messaging.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign results,



product launch metrics, and win/loss insights.
- AI Tools: Use AI tools and potentially build AI agents to improve marketing workflows.

Required Skills and Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, product marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree required; a master's degree is preferred.
- Strong writing, communication, research, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to understand technical products and explain their business benefits.
- Good project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with AI tools is expected, while experience building AI agents is an added advantage.
- Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, supply chain, manufacturing, or distribution is beneficial.

Work Timings The candidate should be flexible to work UK or US shifts:
- 1 PM–10 PM IST
- 5 AM–2 PM IST
