Job Summary

Internship + Full Time (if converted) | Gurugram, India We are looking for a smart, creative, and driven Product Marketing Intern who can understand technical products and turn them into effective marketing. You will work closely with the leadership, product, sales, and marketing teams across social media, content, campaigns, events, local marketing, creatives, and product communication. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Gurgaon with occasional travel for field visits, market research, customer interactions, or events.

The role also offers the opportunity to extend into a full-semester internship and/or convert into a full-time position based on performance and business requirements.

What You'll Do

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, operations, and business
- Assist in defining product strategy, roadmap, and execution priorities
- Contribute to product marketing initiatives from ideation and research to positioning and go-to-market execution
- Gather and analyze customer insights, user feedback, and market trends
- Conduct competitor analysis, product surveys, and identify opportunities for product improvement
- Support data-driven decision-making through research,



analytics, and performance tracking
- Help create product communication, presentations, and marketing collateral
- Understand technical products and convert complex information into simple, engaging communication.
- Track campaign and content performance and identify opportunities for improvement

What We're Looking For

- Currently pursuing BE/B.Tech, preferably from a robust engineering institute. 2027 batch preferred.
- Engineering background is important because the role involves understanding and communicating technical products across power electronics, EV charging, solar, electronics, and energy technology.
- Strong communication skills and creative mindset with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Strong execution ability and willingness to get hands-on with tasks.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup where priorities can change quickly.
- Previous marketing experience through college clubs, fests, student bodies, entrepreneurship cells, technical societies, or internships will be appreciated.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Figma, Adobe tools, Excel/Google Sheets, or analytics platforms is a plus.
- Interest in EVs, renewable energy, power electronics, electronics, sustainability, or deep-tech products is preferred.
