What You'll Do

- Own the Product Lifecycle: Drive product initiatives end-to-end, from discovery and requirement gathering to development, launch, and continuous improvement.
- Shape Product Strategy: Define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and translate business needs into clear PRDs, user stories, and actionable requirements.
- Build AI-First Products: Work closely with engineering teams on LLM-powered applications, AI integrations, conversational experiences, and intelligent workflows.
- Drive Enterprise Solutions: Engage directly with enterprise customers, understand their challenges, translate requirements into scalable solutions, and ensure successful delivery.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with engineering, design, QA, and business teams to drive execution, resolve blockers, and deliver high-quality products.
- Optimize Product Performance: Track key metrics, analyze customer feedback, identify product gaps, and drive improvements in performance, reliability, and user experience.
- Own Execution: Manage competing priorities, product releases, and stakeholder expectations while ensuring timely delivery.

What We're Looking For

- 3–6 years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, Generative AI, or enterprise technology.




- Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle, roadmap planning, prioritization, and agile methodologies.
- Working knowledge of LLMs, Generative AI, prompt engineering, APIs, and AI-powered workflows.
- Experience translating complex business requirements into structured PRDs, user journeys, and technical specifications.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a data-driven approach to product decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience interacting directly with enterprise clients.
- Ability to work closely with technical teams, understand system-level trade-offs, and independently drive initiatives from concept to production.
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup workplace.

Good to Have

- Hands-on experience with AI agents, conversational AI, or workflow automation.
- Familiarity with OpenAI, LLM orchestration, STT/TTS technologies, or similar AI infrastructure.
- Exposure to BFSI, contact center technology, or enterprise SaaS.
