About Us

Shree Sidhi Vinayak Texcolours Private Limited is a textile company based in Lalru, Punjab. We are looking for a motivated textile professional to join our product development, planning and merchandising team.

You will work with the design, sampling, production and buying teams. You will take products from the first sample to bulk order and make sure they are delivered on time and to the buyer’s quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new products and samples according to buyer requirements and trends
- Coordinate with the sampling, dyeing, processing and production departments
- Prepare and maintain tech packs, costing sheets and product specifications
- Plan orders, production schedules and delivery timelines
- Follow up on sample approvals, bulk orders and shipment dates
- Communicate with buyers and suppliers on order status, changes and approvals
- Source fabrics, yarns and trims as required




- Coordinate with the quality team to meet buyer standards
- Maintain accurate order records, TNA (time and action) calendars and reports
- Resolve production and delivery issues quickly

Required Qualification

- B.Tech in Textile Technology/Engineering, or Diploma in Textile

Experience

- Minimum 6 months to 2 years in product development, merchandising or production planning in the textile or garment industry
- Freshers with strong internship experience may also be considered

Skills Required

- Valuable knowledge of fabrics, yarns, dyeing and processing
- Understanding of costing, order planning and the TNA process
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Punjabi
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and email
- Strong follow-up, coordination and time management
- Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
