Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle for IT hardware procurement.
- Evaluate purchase requests and ensure timely procurement as per business requirements.
- Handle RFQs, vendor quotations, commercial comparisons, and negotiations.
- Manage vendor relationships, onboarding, and performance tracking.
- Administer contracts, purchase orders, and AMC renewals.
- Perform invoice reconciliation and coordinate with finance teams for payment processing.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and documentation standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize procurement processes and cost efficiency.

Required Skills:

- Strong experience in IT hardware procurement and sourcing.
- Hands-on knowledge of P2P processes, contract management, and vendor management.
- Experience in RFQ management, commercial evaluation, and negotiations.
- Valuable understanding of invoice reconciliation and procurement compliance.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
