Job Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end procurement for materials, equipment, and services across drilling, production, and maintenance projects.
- Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiating contracts that balance cost efficiency with quality and compliance.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and project teams to understand technical specifications and delivery requirements.
- Monitor market trends, commodity pricing, and supplier performance to anticipate risks and opportunities.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, supplier agreements, and delivery schedules using ERP systems.
- Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes to enhance speed, transparency, and cost savings.

Skills:

- 3-5 years of procurement experience,



preferably in the oil & gas or EPC industry
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation.
- Familiarity with technical specifications for oilfield equipment, drilling consumables, and industrial services.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in rapid-paced, high-pressure environments.
