ROLE OBJECTIVE: This should include the primary responsibilities that an individual spends maximum time on. Do consider day to day tasks, short & long-term objectives, complexity of tasks, scope of thinking which is required in order to complete tasks, develop concepts or procedures etc.; extent of control, autonomy of decision making.

- Identifying training and development needs within an organization through quality scores
- Producing training materials for in-house courses
- Training current hires and conducting refresher courses
- Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers
- Weekly updates on process changes
- Creating and conducting process knowledge tests
- Assist in cross functional training during peaks

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Should include responsibilities for other staff if applicable, in terms of recruiting of,



assessing of, training of, managing of direct reporting staff

- Should have the skill to identify the best candidates to be recruited for the job (trainees)
- Span of Control 0

- WORKING DAYS: 6 DAYS (1 rotational week off will be provided)
- SALARY OFFERED: Upto 5.5 LPA + 15% Variable
