: Process Coordinator

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Process Coordinator to coordinate with different departments and ensure that daily tasks and assigned responsibilities are completed on time. The candidate will be responsible for following up with employees, tracking work progress, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with employees across different departments to monitor daily work progress.
- Follow up with individual team members to ensure assigned tasks are completed within deadlines.
- Track pending tasks, delays, and work updates from each department.
- Communicate with employees and department heads regarding task status and work priorities.
- Ensure accountability by regularly checking the progress of assigned responsibilities.
- Identify delays or bottlenecks and escalate unresolved issues to the concerned manager.
- Maintain follow-up records, task trackers,



and progress reports.
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination between departments.
- Remind employees about deadlines and ensure timely completion of work.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding completed, pending, and delayed tasks.
