We are looking for a commercially minded Private Equity Manager who can identify promising businesses, evaluate investment opportunities and build long-term relationships with entrepreneurs, investors and business owners.

Key Responsibilities

- Investment Sourcing: Identify potential investment opportunities, growth-stage businesses and strategic partnerships across relevant industries.
- Financial Analysis: Evaluate business models, financial statements, cash flows, valuations, profitability and investment returns.
- Due Diligence: Coordinate financial, commercial, operational and legal due diligence with relevant professional advisors.
- Deal Structuring: Assist in developing investment proposals, transaction structures, term sheets and exit strategies.
- Investor Relations: Build and maintain relationships with investors, business owners, financial institutions and strategic partners.
- Market Research: Track industry developments, emerging sectors, competitor activity and potential investment trends.
- Portfolio Monitoring: Monitor business performance, financial targets, key risks and growth opportunities in portfolio companies.
- Negotiation and Execution: Support deal negotiations, transaction documentation and investment closure.
- Reporting: Prepare investment presentations, financial models, management reports and recommendations for decision-makers.
- Business Development: Develop a strong pipeline of investment opportunities and contribute to the company's long-term growth strategy.





Eligibility and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in private equity, investment banking, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital or financial advisory.
- Solid financial modelling, valuation, analytical and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-management abilities.
- Ability to assess commercial risks and make data-driven recommendations.
- Professional integrity, discretion and a results-oriented mindset.

Relevant professional qualifications such as CFA, CA, MBA (Finance) or equivalent experience will be an advantage.
