We are looking for a commercially driven Private Equity Manager who can identify investment opportunities, evaluate healthcare businesses and develop strategic relationships with investors, hospital owners, medical equipment manufacturers and healthcare entrepreneurs.

Key Responsibilities

- Investment Opportunities: Identify promising healthcare businesses, hospital projects, medical equipment companies and healthcare infrastructure ventures for potential investment and strategic collaboration.
- Financial Analysis: Evaluate financial statements, cash flows, business models, valuations, profitability and projected investment returns.
- Healthcare Market Research: Study healthcare industry trends, hospital expansion plans, diagnostic services, medical technology and emerging business opportunities.
- Due Diligence: Coordinate financial, commercial, operational and legal due diligence with internal teams and external advisors.
- Deal Structuring: Develop investment proposals, business plans, transaction structures and exit strategies in consultation with relevant stakeholders.
- Investor Relations: Build relationships with private investors, family offices, healthcare entrepreneurs, hospital promoters and strategic partners.
- Business Development: Generate qualified leads for healthcare investments, hospital development projects and strategic partnerships.
- Project Evaluation: Assess the commercial feasibility of hospitals, medical equipment ventures,



turnkey healthcare projects and related infrastructure.
- Portfolio Management: Monitor investment performance, financial targets, business growth and risk exposure.
- Reporting and Negotiation: Prepare investment presentations, financial models, transaction documents while supporting negotiations and deal closures.

Eligibility and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in private equity, investment banking, corporate finance, healthcare investments or financial advisory.
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, analytical and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of the healthcare industry, hospital operations or medical technology will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-management abilities.
- High professional integrity, commercial awareness and a results-oriented mindset.
- CA, CFA, MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualifications will be an added advantage.
