- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the ICSE curriculum and school guidelines.
- Teach primary-level subjects such as English, Mathematics, Environmental Studies, Science, and Social Studies, as assigned.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and teaching aids to support effective learning.
- Develop students’ reading, writing, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive, inclusive, and child-friendly learning workplace.
- Assess students’ academic progress through classwork, homework, tests, and other evaluation methods.
- Provide individual attention and additional support to students who require assistance.
- Maintain accurate records of students’ attendance, academic performance, and progress.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding students’ performance, behaviour, and development.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, staff meetings, school events, and academic activities.
- Integrate innovative teaching methods, digital tools, and activity-based learning into classroom instruction.
- Ensure students’ safety, well-being, and adherence to school rules and policies.




- Collaborate with colleagues and the academic team to improve teaching practices and learning outcomes.
- Graduate in the relevant subject or a related discipline.

Experience
- 2–5 years of teaching experience in a recognised school.
- Experience in an ICSE school will be an added advantage.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Good subject knowledge and lesson-planning abilities.
- Patience, creativity, and a child-centred approach to teaching.
- Ability to assess students’ learning needs and provide appropriate support.
- Proficiency in using basic computer applications and digital teaching tools.
- Strong interpersonal, organisational, and teamwork skills.
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. qualification preferred, as applicable to the school’s requirements.
- Knowledge of the ICSE curriculum and primary-level teaching methodologies is preferred.
