Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pricing and Documentation Executive role based in Mumbai. The role involves preparing and managing export and logistics documentation in line with regulatory and client requirements, ensuring accuracy and timely completion. The executive will coordinate pricing proposals, gather rate information from carriers and partners, and assist in preparing quotations for customers.

Daily tasks include maintaining organized document records, updating internal systems,



and communicating with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve documentation or pricing queries. The role also requires supporting process improvements, adhering to company policies, and contributing to smooth shipment handling.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Documentation and Document Management, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Candidates should possess experience in Export and Export Documentation, including familiarity with international shipping and compliance requirements.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for coordinating with customers, carriers, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess basic pricing and analytical abilities to support rate comparison, quotation preparation, and cost evaluation.
- Relevant academic background in logistics, supply chain, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and common logistics or ERP systems is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or export operations will be an advantage.
- Graduation is mandatory.
