About the Opportunity

We are hiring on behalf of our client, a reputed real estate developer, for the position of Pre-Sales Executive at their Virar location. We are looking for professional, target-oriented candidates with prior experience in real estate pre-sales and a solid understanding of lead management and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls for residential real estate projects.
- Contact prospective customers, understand their property requirements, and share relevant project information.
- Explain project configurations, pricing details, amenities, location advantages, and connectivity.
- Qualify leads based on customer interest, budget, and purchase requirements.
- Generate and schedule site visit appointments for interested prospects.
- Follow up with prospective customers through calls and other approved communication channels.
- Maintain accurate lead details, call remarks, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and timely follow-ups.
- Achieve daily calling,



lead qualification, and site visit targets.
- Maintain professional communication and deliver a positive customer experience.

Candidate Requirements
- Education: Minimum HSC (12th Pass) or Graduate.
- Experience: Prior experience in real estate pre-sales is mandatory.
- Candidates must have a working understanding of real estate projects, lead qualification, and customer follow-ups.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Strong follow-up skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work toward targets.
- Candidates from non-real estate backgrounds will not be considered.
