? 1. Pre-Sales Engineer / Manager

? Location: Pune, Maharashtra

? Experience: 2–7 years

? Openings: 3

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and register RFQs and customer enquiries with proper tracking and documentation.
- Conduct preliminary technical reviews of engineering drawings and identify missing information.
- Source relevant RFQs and business opportunities through online marketplaces and other channels.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to support accurate and timely quotations.
- Follow up on open enquiries and submitted quotations.
- Maintain accurate RFQ records, customer details and drawing revisions.
- Track quotation turnaround time, qualified opportunities and conversion performance.
- Submit timely daily and weekly reports.

? 2. Sales Engineer / Manager

? Regions: South, West and North India

? Experience: 3–10 years

? Openings: 5

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop current business opportunities in the manufacturing sector.




- Build and maintain relationships with customers, OEMs and industrial clients.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical and operations teams.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals and commercial offers.
- Drive customer acquisition, order conversion and revenue growth.
- Manage sales pipelines, customer accounts and commercial negotiations.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain regular sales reports.

Who Should Apply?

Professionals with strong communication, customer management, analytical and commercial skills, preferably with experience in manufacturing, engineering, industrial sales or B2B business development.
