Your Role as a Preschool Educator

As an Educator at Dibber, you will play an important role in creating meaningful experiences that support every child's development.

Your responsibilities will include

- Creating a warm, nurturing, safe, and engaging environment for children.
- Planning and facilitating play-based and inquiry-driven learning experiences.
- Preparing creative, interactive, and developmentally appropriate classroom resources.
- Encouraging children's social, emotional, physical, cognitive, and language development.
- Using storytelling, music, movement, art, imaginative play, and hands-on exploration to support learning.
- Maintaining positive classroom routines and effective classroom management.
- Supporting and mentoring classroom assistants in maintaining high standards of care and education.
- Building strong, respectful partnerships with parents through regular communication and feedback.
- Observing children and maintaining accurate records of their learning and development.
- Preparing portfolios, documentation, and term-wise progress reports.
- Collaborating with fellow educators to reflect on and strengthen teaching practices.
- Participating actively in curriculum planning and professional development.
- Upholding Dibber's educational philosophy, policies, and standards.

Freshers who have the right attitude, enthusiasm, and passion for working with children are encouraged to apply. Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate in Psychology, B.Ed., Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in early childhood education, preschool, teaching, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with a genuine passion for early childhood education are welcome to apply.

Essential Skills Communication: Ability to communicate warmly and effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build positive relationships and work effectively as part of a team.

Growth Mindset: Willingness to learn, adapt, reflect, and embrace new teaching practices.

Creativity: Ability to create engaging, hands-on, and meaningful learning experiences.

Organisation & Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain classroom documentation, observations, records, and reports accurately.

Digital Proficiency: Basic knowledge of MS Office and the ability to use technology for research, documentation, and curriculum planning.
