We are seeking a dedicated and experienced candidate to look after the Pre-Primary Section. The Pre-Primary Section Coordinator will be responsible for the smooth functioning and overall management of the pre-primary section, ensuring a secure, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young learners.

Eligibility:

Bachelor’s degree

ECCED course completed

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pre-Primary Teacher Coordinator and also Minimum 6 years of experience as a Pre-Primary Teacher

Key Responsibilities For Students:

- Ensure age-appropriate, activity-based learning and overall child development
- Maintain discipline, safety, and a nurturing classroom environment
- Monitor students’ academic progress, behavior, and well-being

For Teachers:

- Guide and support teachers in lesson planning, classroom management, and teaching methodologies
- Coordinate teacher schedules, substitutions, and duty arrangements
- Conduct regular meetings, classroom observations, and provide feedback

Academics & Class Designing:

- Plan and implement curriculum activities as per the academic calendar




- Supervise classroom setup, learning corners, displays, and teaching aids
- Ensure effective use of resources and child-friendly classroom design

Events & Activities:

- Plan, organize, and coordinate pre-primary events, celebrations, and competitions
- Manage rehearsals, schedules, and student participation for school events

Administrative Responsibilities:

- Handle daily administrative tasks related to the pre-primary section
- Maintain records, reports, and documentation
- Coordinate with HR, Admin, and parents when required
- Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
