Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute the software engineering practice strategy aligned with business objectives.

- Build differentiated capabilities across Healthcare, MedTech, Digital Health, Payviders, and Life Sciences.

- Drive technology roadmap, innovation initiatives, competency development, and investments.

- Establish and strengthen capabilities in Cloud Platforms, Embedded Software, Medical Device Software,

- Mobile & Web Applications, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, and DevSecOps.

- Develop reusable frameworks, accelerators, reference architectures, and engineering best practices.

- Lead talent transformation through competency frameworks, career development, upskilling, certification programs, and leadership mentoring.

- Drive recruitment and build future technical leadership pipelines.

- Lead innovation programs, technology evaluations, proof-of-concepts, and strategic partnerships.

- Establish engineering governance, quality standards, and delivery excellence practices.





- Support sales and business development teams through solutioning and customer engagements.

- Create service offerings and contribute to business growth through capability-led expansion.

- Represent the organization at industry forums and drive thought leadership initiatives.

Desired Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience

- 20+ years of experience in software engineering and delivery leadership.

- 8+ years leading engineering practices, technology organizations, or large delivery teams.

- Strong experience in Healthcare, Medical Devices, Diagnostics, Digital Health, or Life Sciences domains.

- Proven track record of building and scaling global engineering teams.
