Job Summary

MKCRP Asia Private Limited is looking for an experienced Powder Coating Operator to handle surface preparation, powder application, curing, and quality inspection of metal components used in cleanroom products and sheet-metal manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform surface cleaning, degreasing, and pre-treatment of metal components.
- Operate powder coating spray guns, booths, and related equipment.
- Apply powder coating as per specified colour, finish, and quality standards.
- Operate curing ovens and follow approved temperature and curing time parameters.
- Inspect finished products for coating thickness, colour consistency, and defects.
- Maintain coating equipment, minimize powder wastage, and support rework reduction.
- Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and shop-floor housekeeping standards.
- Meet daily production targets and maintain required quality records.

Requirements





- 2–5 years of experience in powder coating, industrial painting, or metal finishing.
- Practical knowledge of surface preparation, powder application, and curing processes.
- Ability to identify common coating defects and ensure consistent finish quality.
- Experience with sheet-metal parts, panels, doors, cabinets, or fabricated components preferred.
- ITI / trade certificate / 10th or 12th pass preferred.
- Good attention to detail, teamwork, and commitment to workplace safety.
