Portfolio Manager – Real Estate

Location: Greater Noida West / NCR

Experience: 5–10 Years

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Portfolio Manager to manage and optimize the company’s property portfolio and ensure strong sales, revenue, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor multiple real estate projects and assets.
- Track sales, inventory, collections, revenue, and profitability.
- Analyze market trends, property pricing, and investment opportunities.
- Develop strategies for inventory sales and asset value enhancement.
- Prepare MIS, performance reports, and financial analysis for management.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Project teams.
- Identify new investment opportunities and manage portfolio risks.




- Support senior management in strategic business decisions.

Candidate Profile
- 5–10 years of experience in Real Estate / Property / Investment Management.
- Robust knowledge of the NCR real estate market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MIS, and financial analysis.
- MBA/PGDM in Finance, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Salary: As per experience & industry standards

Employment Type: Full Time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
