Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and responsible plant Supervisor to oversee daily production activities at our manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production operations, maintaining quality and hygiene standards, managing production staff, and achieving daily production targets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Production Management
Supervise and manage daily production operations
Ensure production targets are achieved on time
Monitor workflow and optimize production efficiency
---
- Team Supervision
Manage and coordinate production staff and packing teams
Allocate tasks and monitor employee performance
Ensure discipline and proper shift coordination within the production unit
---
- Quality & Hygiene Control
Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
Coordinate with the QC team during production processes
Monitor cleanliness and operational compliance across the production floor
---
- Inventory & Material Coordination
Coordinate with store and operations teams regarding raw materials and packaging requirements
Monitor material usage and reduce wastage during production
---
- Machine & Operational Monitoring
Ensure proper usage and maintenance of production machinery
Report breakdowns or operational issues immediately
Coordinate with technical or maintenance teams when required
---
- Reporting & Documentation
Maintain production records and daily reports
Report operational updates and issues to management
Ensure proper documentation of production activities
---
Requirements
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to handle production workflows efficiently
Valuable understanding of hygiene and food safety standards
Basic knowledge of reporting and operational documentation

Preferred
Experience in food manufacturing / FMCG industry
Experience managing production teams and factory operations
---
Work Schedule
Monday to Saturday
Weekly Off: Sundays
Working hours as per production schedule
