Qulaification: B.Tech (Plastics Engineering)

Experience: 1-3 years

Roles & Responsibility

- Production Planning: Plan and monitor daily production activities to ensure timely completion of production targets.
- Team Management: Supervise, guide, and coordinate with production workers and team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Production Monitoring: Monitor manufacturing processes and ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
- Quality Control: Ensure that manufactured products meet the company's quality standards and specifications.
- Target Achievement: Ensure production targets are achieved within the scheduled time while maintaining quality.
- Machine Maintenance: Coordinate routine machine maintenance and report technical issues to avoid production downtime.
- Inventory Coordination: Coordinate with the store department regarding the availability of raw materials and other production requirements.
- Safety & Discipline: Ensure that team members follow workplace safety rules, company policies,



and departmental discipline.
- Reporting: Maintain daily production reports, manpower records, material consumption records, and other relevant documentation.
- Problem Solving: Identify production-related issues, resolve operational challenges, and implement improvements to increase productivity.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Coordinate with the Quality, Maintenance, Store, and Dispatch departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Employee Performance: Monitor team performance, assign responsibilities, and ensure accountability among team members.
