PCG Food Manufacturing is looking for a hands-on and reliable manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of our food manufacturing facility in Vasai East.
The role combines production management, factory operations, warehouse and inventory control, technical coordination and operational documentation.

Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in food manufacturing
- Practical experience in production and factory operations
- Knowledge of FSSAI-compliant manufacturing
- Experience with warehouse and inventory management
- Understanding of FIFO / FEFO, batch records and traceability
- Technical understanding of production machinery
- Ability to work independently and solve operational problems
- Experience managing and training factory staff
- Good computer skills, including Excel / Google Sheets and inventory or ERP systems
- Structured, reliable and hands-on working style
