We are specifically looking for a technically competent, execution-oriented, hands-on engineering skilled not an office-based administrative plant manager.

The candidate must

- Be comfortable spending substantial time on the factory shop floor.
- Personally understand and troubleshoot engineering and manufacturing problems.
- Have practical experience working with fabricators, welders, fitters, machinists, and electrical technicians.
- Take complete ownership of production execution, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Be capable of guiding both mechanical and electrical teams.
- Demonstrate a problem-solving mindset and willingness to actively participate in product development.
- Be proactive, disciplined, technically confident, and result-oriented.

Preference will be given to candidates from engineering fabrication, special-purpose vehicle manufacturing, industrial machinery, automotive equipment, defence manufacturing, and electromechanical equipment industries.

A shop-floor leader who can manage people, understand machines, solve engineering problems, and deliver finished products — not merely supervise production from an office.
