Salary: upto 35 K p.m. CTC

Job Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise day-to-day plant operations to ensure smooth and efficient production.
- Monitor chemical manufacturing processes, production targets, and product quality standards.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and processing of raw materials and finished chemical products.
- Implement safety procedures and ensure compliance with environmental regulations and statutory requirements.
- Supervise plant operators, technicians, and production staff.
- Monitor plant machinery, equipment, utilities, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Maintain production records, inventory, material consumption, and daily operational reports.




- Coordinate with the Quality Control, Maintenance, Stores, and Purchase departments.
- Identify process improvements to reduce wastage, downtime, and production costs.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, PPE requirements, and emergency response procedures.

Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of chemical plant operations and manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of industrial safety, chemical handling, and environmental compliance.
- Leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good planning, coordination, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage production targets and resolve operational issues.

Preferred Candidate ProfileCandidates with hands-on experience in chemical manufacturing plants, production planning, plant supervision, safety management, and process control will be preferred.
