Looking for a dynamic and highly driven professional to lead the design, planning, Cost leadership and operations of the Last Mile function.

Key responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Last Mile operations strategy and execution
- Lead the cost optimisation charter
- Drive manpower planning, workforce productivity, and operational efficiency
- Design scalable operating models and process improvements
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across supply chain, category, tech, HR, and business teams
- Build strong governance mechanisms and performance tracking frameworks
- Drive continuous improvement through data analytics and design thinking approaches
- Ensure high service levels, customer experience, and cost optimization
- Lead large teams and foster a high-performance operations culture
