– Project Coordinator/Planning Engineer (Industrial Projects)

Job Title: Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate end-to-end execution of industrial construction projects from planning through project completion.
- Prepare and monitor detailed project schedules, milestones, and progress reports.
- Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and site teams for seamless project execution.
- Facilitate communication between clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and maintain meeting minutes with action plans.
- Identify project risks, monitor critical issues, and coordinate corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Monitor resource allocation and support project managers in optimizing project performance.




- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Coordinate approvals, documentation, and project close-out activities.
- Support contract administration and ensure timely resolution of project-related issues.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or an Electrical engineering discipline.
- 10–12 years of experience in industrial construction or EPC projects.
- Proven experience in project planning, project coordination, and project management.
- Strong understanding of project execution methodologies and construction processes.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced workplace.
