Role Description The Placement Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for supporting learners in securing suitable employment opportunities in the IT and networking domains. On a day-to-day basis, this role involves building and maintaining relationships with hiring partners, coordinating placement activities, and matching candidates to job openings based on their skills and career goals.

The Placement

Specialist will guide learners through resume preparation, interview readiness, and job search strategies, while tracking placement outcomes and maintaining accurate records.



The role also includes collaborating with trainers and academic staff to align training outcomes with market requirements, organizing career events or drives, and providing ongoing support to learners and employers throughout the placement process.

- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to evaluate candidate profiles, interpret hiring trends, and match learners with appropriate opportunities.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with learners, employers, and internal teams, both verbally and in writing.

- Candidates should possess Training-related skills to conduct placement workshops, resume clinics, and interview preparation sessions for learners.

- Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in campus or corporate placements, knowledge of IT and networking job roles, proficiency with applicant tracking or CRM tools, and a bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
