The role involves developing and managing relationships with corporate partners to secure campus placements and internships for students.

The individual will coordinate placement activities, organize recruitment drives, prepare students through training sessions, and support resume-building and interview preparation. Daily responsibilities include conducting career counseling sessions,



tracking placement statistics, maintaining employer databases, and aligning student aspirations with industry requirements. The role also requires close collaboration with faculty and administration to ensure that placement strategies support academic goals and enhance student employability.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in campus placement coordination and employer relationship management.
- Effective communication abilities, including presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in career counseling and guidance for students or early-career professionals.
- Capability in designing and delivering training programs related to employability and interview skills.
- Background in education or academic administration, preferably within management or business schools.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven organizational and planning skills, with attention to detail and time management.
- Comfort using digital tools for placement tracking, communication, and reporting.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and work independently to achieve placement targets.
