We are looking for a proactive and organized Placement Coordinator Intern to support student placements, coordinate with companies, manage recruitment activities, and assist students throughout the placement process.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate placement activities and campus recruitment drives.
- Communicate with companies and HR representatives regarding job openings.
- Identify suitable job opportunities for students and candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate interview processes.
- Maintain student resumes, placement records, and recruitment databases.
- Assist candidates with resume preparation and interview scheduling.
- Follow up with candidates and employers regarding interview results.
- Prepare placement reports and update placement-related Excel sheets.
- Support the placement team in achieving recruitment targets.
- Maintain professional communication with students, employers, and internal teams.
Required Qualifications
- Any degree or postgraduate qualification.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Solid coordination, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Interest in recruitment,
HR, talent acquisition, or student placement.
