Drive student mobilization from partner ITI colleges, manage college relationships, and deliver strong placement outcomes under the ITI College Connect Program.
Roles and responsibilities
1. Plan and run mobilization drives, awareness sessions and counselling across ITI colleges to meet enrolment targets.
2. Build robust relationships with ITI principals, faculty and placement officers; conduct regular college visits.
3. Coordinate with colleges for student data, batch formation and smooth program delivery.
4. Develop employer partnerships; organise placement drives, job fairs and campus recruitment.
5. Prepare students for interviews and track offers, joining and retention.
6. Work with trainers to align mobilization, training schedules and placement timelines, and address skill gaps.
7. Maintain MIS data; track enrolment, attendance and placement KPIs; prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
8.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders; support program reviews and audits.

Qualifications
- Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline; MBA preferred
- 4–7 years in mobilization, placements or skill development, with experience handling placement targets
- Preferred: experience with ITIs, polytechnics or educational institutions; NGO, government or donor-funded skilling programs; strong local network with ITIs and employers in Ahmedabad and Rajkot
Pay: ₹540,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
